Gimi MS Corporation (“Gimi FLNG”), a Marshall Islands-incorporated company, is the owner of the Gimi LNG Carrier. The Corporation will be responsible for the development and conversion of the vessel from a LNG Carrier to a FLNG vessel to be deployed to the GTA field, offshore Mauritania and Senegal under an availability-based 20-year take-or-pay contract with oil & gas major, BP.

Gimi FLNG is being operated by Golar LNG, one of the world’s largest owners and operators of LNG carriers with over 40 years of operating track record.
